Offers overview page

Go to Offers from the main menu to see a consolidated view of all your offers and their performance.

Filters & display options

⚡ Lightning symbol — fields marked with a lightning bolt remember your last selection and restore it automatically the next time you load the page.

Date range for the performance data displayed

Granularity

How to group the data - by Day or Month

Metrics

Choose which metrics to display as columns - Profit, Costs, Revenue, Clicks, Conversions, Conversion Rate

Search by offer ID or name

Status

Filter by Active, Pending, Paused, or Archived (multi-select)

Advertisers

Filter offers by advertiser

Platforms

Filter by iOS, Android, or Web

Countries

Filter by target country

Tags

Filter by tags assigned to offers

App Store IDs

Search offers by Apple or Google App Store ID

Adv. Offer IDs

Filter by the advertiser's external offer ID

Filter by whether the offer is visible in the Feed API

Filter by whether the offer requires publisher approval

Manage coupon codes linked to offers — track traffic sources via special codes in the tracking URL. See Coupons →

Overview table columns

The default sort is by gross profit month-to-date (real-time, including the current day).

Swaarm offer ID

Name

Offer name - click to open the offer detail page

Status

Active, Pending, Paused, or Archived

Adv. ID

The advertiser's id in Swaarm

Adv. Name

The advertiser's name in Swaarm

Adv. Offer ID

The advertiser's external offer ID

App Store ID

The advertiser's offer app store ID (bundle ID)

Tracker

The MMP used by the advertiser

Jumps

Number of click redirects (hops) in the tracking chain

(For Premium - offers are scanned automatically several times a day)

Live Pub.

Number of publishers sent at least 10 clicks in the last 24 hours to the offer

Appd. Pub.

Number of approved and active publishers on the offer

WeGet

Offer payout received from the Advertiser (Revenue)

TheyGet

Offer payout set to the Publisher (Cost)

Margin

Margin %

Performance metrics

Selected metrics shown per day/month across the date range

Conv. Budget DTH

Conversion Month To Date/Day to Hour, meaning the number of approved conversions for the current month/day until the current date and time for the respective offer.

Rev. Budget DTH

Revenue Month To Date/Day to Hour, meaning the revenue for the current month/day until the current date and time for the respective offer.

Click Budget DTH

Click Month To Date/Day to Hour, meaning the click amount for the current month/day until the current date and time for the respective offer.

Impr Budget DTH

Impression Month To Date/Day to Hour, meaning the impression amount for the current month/day until the current date and time for the respective offer.

Platform

View which platform the offer is on: iOS, Android, or Web

Countries

View the Countries that an offer is running in.

Private

Whether the offer is hidden from unapproved publishers

Approval Required

Whether publishers must request approval to run the offer

Sales Manager

The sales manager in charge of the offer

Account Manager

The account manager in charge of the offer

ℹ️ Budget Color Code

⚫ Black - Your current budget spent

🩷 Pink - You reached it! Very good!

🟢 Green - Estimated to reach 100% of the target by end of day or month

🟡 Yellow - Estimated to reach between 66% and 99% of the target

🔴 Red - Estimated to reach below 66% of the target

⬜ Blank - The remaining budget gap that still needs to be fulfilled

ℹ️ Click Download CSV to export the current view - includes additional options like KPIs, Event IDs, and Payouts. Click Select Columns to customise which columns are shown.


Offer detail page

Click an offer's name in the overview to open its detail page.

Header information

💡 Anytime you see a little plus sign next to your cursor, you can click and copy instantly.

The top section shows:

  • Offer name & ID

  • Account Manager initials

  • Status - Active, Pending, Paused, or Archived

  • Visibility - Private, Requires Approval, Public

  • Advertiser name

  • Offer leadflow

  • Platform & countries

Top metrics

Displayed below the header — shows Today, Yesterday, and This Month values for:

  • Profit - the difference between act. revenue and pub. costs

  • Revenue - sum of WeGet for conversions in status approved

  • Costs - sum of TheyGet for conversions with decision passed

  • Paid Conversions - number of conversions with WeGet greater than 0

  • Clicks - number of redirected clicks in the platform

  • Impressions - number of redirected impressions in the platform


Offer detail tabs

Publishers

Shows all publishers approved or blocked on this offer. From here you can:

  • Add publishers and set their access status (Approved / Blocked)

  • Set publisher-specific payouts and caps

  • Update multiple publishers at once using the checkboxes + Update Publishers

  • Generate tracking links for each publisher

  • View the Creative Serve Link for each publishe

Publisher Groups

Manage publisher group configurations for this offer. See Publisher Groups →

Events

See configured events details: Swaarm event id/name, advertiser event id, corresponding postback URL, visibility, etc. More about event setting here

Landing Pages

See the landing pages configured for this offer. More about landing pages here.

Sub IDs

See the performance report split per Sub id.

Scheduled Changes

View and manage any changes scheduled to take effect at a future date and time on this offer. See more here.

Blocked Publishers

Publishers blocked specifically on this offer - traffic from these publishers is discarded.

Automation

Automation rules (alerts, optimizations, fillers) scoped to this specific offer.

Traffic

This section contains tools to manage traffic flow. You can control traffic or redirect it to other offers

Coupons

A coupon is a special, easy-to-implement line in the tracking URL (e.g. SALES20 for 20% discount) that can be used to get a discount at a store. The other feature of a coupon is the possibility of tracking the source of the user. Read more about Coupons here.
