Publishers overview page

Go to Publishers from the main menu to see a consolidated view of all your publishers and their performance.

Filters & display options

⚡ Lightning symbol — fields marked with a lightning bolt remember your last selection and restore it automatically the next time you load the page.

How to group the data - by Day or Month

Metrics

Choose which metrics to display as columns - Profit, Costs, Revenue, Clicks, Conversions, Conversion Rate

Search by publisher ID or name

Status

Filter by Active, Pending, Paused, or Blocked (multi-select)

Filter by publisher country

Filter by tags assigned to publishers

Overview table columns

Column

What it means

ID

Swaarm publisher ID

Name

Publisher name - click to open the detail page

Status

Active, Paused, or Blocked

Live Offers

Number of offers that received at least 10 clicks within last 24 hours

Appd. Offers

Number of active offers approved for this publisher

Performance metrics

Selected metrics shown per day/month across the date range

ℹ️ Click Download CSV to export the current view. Click Select Columns to customise which columns are shown.


Publisher detail page

Click a publisher's name in the overview to open their detail page.

Header information

The top section shows:

  • Name & ID - publisher name and Swaarm ID

  • Account Manager initials

  • Status - Active, Paused, or Blocked

  • Account type - e.g. Network, Direct

  • Location & contact details

Click the chevron (∨) to expand and see additional details

  • Sales manager name

  • Tags

  • Migration ID

  • Note (internal only)

  • Creation date and last updated date

Opens Explorer filtered to this publisher

Audits

Opens the Audits page filtered to this publisher

Partner Platform

Opens the Partner Platform as seen by this publisher

Top metrics

Displayed below the header - shows Today, Yesterday, and This month values for:

  • Profit - the difference between act. revenue and pub. costs

  • Revenue - sum of WeGet for conversions in status approved

  • Costs - sum of TheyGet for conversions with decision passed

  • Paid Conversions - number of conversions with WeGet greater than 0

  • Clicks - number of redirected clicks in the platform

  • Impressions - number of redirected impressions in the platform


Publisher detail tabs

Offers

Shows all offers this publisher is/was approved on. From here you can:

  • Filter by offer id/name, status, advertiser, access status, visibility, approval, event, weget/theyget (special or default), budget threshold, and smartlink

  • Switch between Budget, Payout, and Custom column views

  • Click + Add Offer to approve this publisher on additional offers

  • Download the list as CSV

Postback Links

Configure postback URLs for this publisher — the URLs Swaarm fires when a conversion is approved. Go to Postback Links → + Create Postback to add one. See Publisher postback setup →

Scheduled Changes

View and manage any changes scheduled to take effect at a future date and time for this publisher. Check more about offer scheduled changes here

Blocked Advertisers

Advertisers that this publisher has blocked for.

Automation

Automation rules (alerts, optimizations, fillers) scoped to this specific publisher.

Traffic

This section contains tools to manage traffic flow. You can control traffic or redirect it to other offers

Contacts

ℹ️ When Partner Platform access is enabled, the publisher can log in at: https://partner.{yourdomain}.swaarm-clients.com (unless a custom domain is configured - check Organization → Settings → Domains → Partner Platform

API

The API tab is where you generate and manage API access for this publisher. It has two sub-sections:

Feed API - gives the publisher programmatic access to your offer feed so they can pull available offers and generate tracking links on their own system.

ℹ️ In order for any offer to show up in the Feed API these requirements need to be met:

  • Offer must be active

  • Offer must either be public or approved on the publisher

  • Offer must not have reached its budget / publisher budget

  • Offer must be within configured time targeting range on Feed API query time

Item

What it is

API Key

Generate and share with the publisher - used to authenticate feed requests. Click Delete to revoke access.

API Link

The full feed endpoint URL including the API key — ready to share directly with the publisher

API Documentation

Link to the Feed API docs — share with technical publishers for full integration reference

Stats API - gives the publisher API access to their own performance statistics. See more here.
