Organization: Settings

A reference guide to all settings available under Organization → Settings.

Overview

Organization Settings is where Admins configure platform-wide options - from branding and email to integrations, domains, and permissions.

ℹ️ All settings under Organization → Settings are accessible to Admin users only. More about User roles here.

General

Core platform configuration.

Field

Description

Friendly Name

The name displayed across the platform

Legal Name

Your organization's legal business name

Support Email

The email address publishers can contact for support

Currency

The default currency used across the platform

Timezone

The platform-wide timezone - defaults to UTC → Organization: Platform Timezone

Brand Color

The primary color used across the platform UI

* you can choose a custom color, that shows up when selecting menu items, by clicking on the colour:

Logo URL

Your company logo - shown on the login page and platform header. Upload a file or enter a URL.

Brandmark URL

A symbol or icon representing your company without text. Upload a file or enter a URL.

Logo & Brandmark Combinations

  1. No logo and no brandmark configured

    • On the login page, only the company name is shown, and on the Dashboard > sidebar, the company name's first letter (with company color) followed by the company name is shown

  2. Only the logo is configured

    • On the login page, the logo is shown, and on the Dashboard > sidebar, the company name's first letter (with company color) followed by the company name is shown

  3. Only the brandmark is configured

    • On the login page, Brandmark + company name is shown, and similarly on the Dashboard > sidebar

  4. Both logo and brandmark are configured

    • On the login page, the logo is shown, and on the Dashboard > sidebar, the brandmark followed by the company name is shown


Email

Configure the SMTP server used to send all platform emails - including user welcome emails, alert notifications, and scheduled reports.

Connections

Connect third-party integrations to Swaarm. Each integration has its own sub-tab.

Appsflyer

Description

Stats Import

Add your AppsFlyer API token to import clicks, impressions, and conversions from your AppsFlyer Agency account into Swaarm. All imported stats count towards your usage and are billed. → AppsFlyer Import Stats

Audience

Connect AppsFlyer Audiences to sync user segments into Swaarm. → AppsFlyer Audience Integration

Protect360 & Partner Report

Add your AppsFlyer agency API token to pull Protect360 fraud data and Partner Reports directly into Swaarm. → AppsFlyer MMP Reports

Click Signing Report

Enable AppsFlyer click signing to validate clicks and detect manipulation. → AppsFlyer Click Signing

Payout Encryption

Add an encryption key to encrypt cost values passed in the tracking URL to AppsFlyer. Required when passing costs via tracking link parameters.

AppsFlyer Cost Upload

Configure automated cost data upload to AppsFlyer. → AppsFlyer Network Cost Upload

Verisoul

Connect Verisoul for fraud detection and device fingerprinting. → Integrating Swaarm with Verisoul

24metrics

Connect 24metrics for traffic quality monitoring and fraud prevention. → Integrating Swaarm with 24metrics

CJ

Connect CJ (Commission Junction) for affiliate network integration. → CJ Integration

SKAd Networks

Configure SKAdNetwork postback forwarding to MMPs or third parties. → SKAd Network


Migration

Configure API-based data migration from another platform into Swaarm. Used when migrating historical click and conversion data. → Migration


Partner Platform

Control which features are visible and available to publishers on the Partner Platform. → Partner Platform Settings


Domains

Configure custom domains for different parts of the platform - tracking links, postbacks, Partner Platform, and more. → Custom Domain Setup


Miscellaneous

Additional platform-wide settings organized across four sub-tabs:

Feed API

Configure what appears in your publisher Feed API - the offer feed partners can query to retrieve available offers. For an offer to appear in the Feed API it must be:

  • Active

  • Public or approved for the publisher

  • Within its budget

  • Within any configured time targeting at query time

Setting

Description

Show Offer Budgets

If enabled, offer budgets are visible in the Feed API. ⚠️ All offer budgets will be visible if no offer-publisher budgets are set.

Show Soft Budgets

If enabled, soft budgets are used instead of hard budgets, when defined for a publisher on an offer

Click + Add Configuration to add offer-specific Feed API rules.

Attribution

If enabled, impressions can always be attributed regardless of the individual offer setting

Permissions

Set the minimum user role required to create tags for each entity type.

Country Bundles

Create named groups of countries that can be reused across offer targeting, filters, and reports. Click + New Bundle, give it a name, and add the countries.

💡 Country Bundles are useful when you frequently work with the same set of countries - e.g. "Tier 1", "West Europe", "LATAM".
