Everything you need to know about the Offer Details Page

Clicking on any offer name or inspect button next to an offer in Swaarm will lead you to an offer details page. The offer details page provides all the information about that specific offer including the publishers sending traffic, budgets, and more. Because this page has a lot of information we will go over the Offer Details page section by section.

Header

At the top of the page, you will find a lot of details regarding the offer name, app ID, advertiser, and more.

💡 Note

Anytime you see a little plus sign next to your cursor, you can click and copy instantly.

Header Right Side:

  1. Offer Name

    1. This is the name of the offer.

  2. Swaarm Offer ID

    1. The unique Swaarm ID number for that offer.

  3. Account Manager

    1. A circle with the initials of the account manager. Test User = TU

  4. Status

    1. Active, Pending, Paused, and Archived are the offer statuses displayed here.

  5. Publisher Access

    1. Private is not displayed in the feed API for your publishers. The public is displayed for your publishers to either apply to run or immediately run the offer depending on your setup.

  6. Advertiser

    1. The advertiser of this offer.

  7. Leadflow

    1. The leadflow for the specific offer: CPI or CPA.

  8. OS

    1. The OS the offer is targeting: iOS, Android or Web

  9. Country

    1. The country or countries the offer is running in.

Header Left Side:

  1. Edit

    1. This button takes you to the editing pages where you can edit the offer.

  2. Clone

    1. Clicking Clone duplicates the offer depending on what fields you choose to carry over as shown below:

    2. ⚠️Note: If the original offer was synced via the Advertisers API the cloned offer will NOT be synced, it will be cloned into a manual S2S offer.

  3. Quick Links:

    1. Explorer

      1. This button takes you to Explorer with the offer ID filtered out and measurements already set up.

    2. Audit

      1. This button takes you to the audit page with the offer filtered.

  4. Jumps

    1. It shows how many URLs are between your tracking link and the store. Clicking this shows the URLs and further information like MMP or if it redirects to the store.

  5. WeGet

    1. Revenue = What the advertiser is paying you.

  6. TheyGet

    1. Cost = What you are paying out to your publisher.

  7. Margin

    1. The profit margin you are taking.


Show More

  1. Prev. Offers

    1. If any offers with the same Appstore ID was run in the past, this will display previous offers and the gross profit performance.

  2. Rept. Offers

    1. Repeated offers shows any other offer with the same Appstore ID that is currently active.

  3. Appstore ID

    1. You can easily view and copy the Appstore ID here

  4. Src. Offer ID

    1. If you cloned the offer you will see the original Source Offer ID here.

  5. Adv. Offer ID

    1. Sometimes referred to as the External Offer ID, this is the Offer ID shown in your Advertiser's system.

  6. Preview URL

    1. You can easily copy this link to the Appstore for the offer

  7. Tracking URL

    1. You can view the tracking URL that is set up and quickly copy it as well.

  8. Creatives URL

    1. A link to any creatives link setup.

  9. Tracking Type

    1. Server Postback Transactions is the default.

  10. Redirection Type

    1. This shows how the traffic is redirected to the Advertiser, default is HTTP 302.

  11. Tags

    1. List of tags for the offer.

  12. Created at

    1. When the offer was created.

  13. Updated at

    1. Last time the offer was updated.

  14. Restrictions

    1. List of restrictions on the offer.

  15. Custom Restrictions

    1. List any custom restrictions you added to the offer.

  16. KPI

    1. The key performance indicators for the offer.

  17. Additional Information

    1. Other info is needed for the offer.

  18. Description

    1. Typically the description for the offer can also contain the KPI at times.

  19. Note

    1. Internal note for your organization regarding the offer.


The 4 Widgets


Budgets

To view the various budgets for the overall offer you can see them here:

You can view the Hourly, Daily, Monthly, and Total budgets. You can also switch between events and their budgets by clicking the drop-down menu. Click budgets are always on the Default event.

💡 Note

This widget only shows hard budgets, not soft budgets.


Performance Chart

The most colorful item on the page. This visual chart shows your performance for different metrics at the same time.


Publishers

The first tab at the bottom of the page is the Publishers Tab. The Publishers tab gives you insight into your publisher's budgets, payout, performance, and more. Here is an in-depth article about the Publishers Tab.


Analytics Tab

In the analytics tab, there is both the heatmap and the countries map to help visualize data from this offer.


Publisher Groups

Publisher groups give you the ability to mix two or more publishers' traffic together. We have a whole article on it here.


Events

The events tab shows every event that is set up on the current offer. You can view the budgets allocated for each event. Click +Create to be redirected to the offer edit tab Events. Learn more about Publisher Postbacks here.


Landing Pages

The landing pages tab shows every landing page that is set up on the current offer. You can view the tracking URL and impression URL. Click +Create to be redirected to the offer edit tab Landing Pages.


Schedule Changes

The schedule changes tab enables you to make changes to the offer and schedule the update for later. If you want to pause the offer over the weekend or increase the budget a week from now you can do that here. Learn more about schedule changes here.


Traffic

Control

This tab allows you to view all the traffic that has been blocked or allowed (blacklisted/whitelisted) for this offer. Read more about Traffic Control here.

Smart Links

This tab shows any Smart Link connected with this offer. Read more about Smart Links here.


Automation

Alerts

The alerts tab allows you to see any alert configured for this offer or to set up a new alert to keep you informed about the performance. Learn more about Alerts here.

Optimizations

The optimizations tab allows you to see any specific optimization rules set up for the current offer. Learn more about creating optimization rules here.

Fillers

The Fillers tab allows you to view any configured fillers for this offer so that you can fill in information for your publisher in the tracking link. Learn more about fillers here.
