Adding & Blocking Publishers

You can easily add any publisher to an offer by clicking Add Publishers which then allows you to select your publishers by name or id. In this menu you can also decide to add publishers you want blocked on a campaign. See here how to block multiple publishers and block publishers on public offers.

The Update Publishers button works when you select one or more publishers by ticking off the check box, this then allows you to set their access status all at once instead of one by one.

Clicking the Edit button allows you edit the access status, payouts, and budgets of each publisher. Make sure that you are on the correct event and you have the right columns select.

Copy Tracking & Impression Links

The three dotted icon gives you quick access for that publisher to copy or configure their Tracking link or Impression link. Selecting configure lets you choose the landing page and it will implement the parameter lp_id=landingpageID in the URL you want to copy. You no longer have to ask the publisher for their tracking/imnpression link to test a conversion, you can easily access it right here on the publishers tab.

Customize The Columns

You have several views to choose from when looking at the Publisher tab on an Offer Details page. There is a Custom view that allows you to view the columns you want to see.

Budget Layout

Budget view lets you view Hourly & Daily & Monthly for both Hard & Soft capped budgets across each publisher. You can see Click, Conversion, and Revenue budgets. If you click edit, then you can quickly update a publishers budget. Note that this will not send a notification to the publisher, you will have to manually inform them or set a schedule change and add a message.

Payout Layout

Payout view lets you see the Metrics you filtered as well as the WeGet, TheyGet, and Margin per publisher. When you click Edit, you can set special payouts for certain publishers.

Click the D (default) icon and switch it to S (special) and type your new payout for the publisher. The margin will automatically update after that. If you see a T (targeted), it means there is a targeted payout setup on the offer, learn more about Targeted Payouts here.

Custom Layout

Custom view is your own personal view. It has all the options of the previous views. All you need to do is click Select Columns and select what you want to see. In custom view you can also view the Status, Access Status, Access Updated at, and Reason columns that mainly reflect the status of your publisher on that offer.
