Offer / Campaign Details Page
The Offer Details Page provides in-depth analytics on the performance of your offers. We provide you with widgets for important metrics, a customizable performance chart, and details on all the partners running this offer. Let's go through each section.
Offer Name, Show More & Edit
Name & ID
At the top of the page, you will see the name of the offer and the Swaarm offer ID. There is also a circle with the Account Manager's initials, the status of the offer, and the visibility status in the API and Partner Platform. Beneath the name is the App, platform, leadflow, and targeted countries for this offer.
Edit
On the right side, you have the Edit button.
Allowing you to quickly update information about the offer like the Name, KPIs, Tags, and more.
Clone Offer
If you want to copy a specific offer without the hassle of setting everything up step by step again, you can click the Clone button. You will be prompted to select which fields you want to clone. Select those fields and click Clone.
Quick Links
Quick Links will take you to either the Explorer Report with the specific offer you are viewing automatically filtered or the Audits page to see a timeline of any changes made by any user/system in Swaarm for this offer.
Payouts
At the top right, you can view the offer payouts. WeGet is the campaign's Revenue, TheyGet is the Cost, and the Margin will be automatically calculated based on the values from WeGet and TheyGet. Adjust these payouts by editing the offer on the Payouts tab.
Show More
Clicking the double arrows at the top of the page will reveal general information about the offer. This data is from the offer setup including when the offer was created, tags, redirect URL, and more.
The 6 Widgets
At the top of the page, you have six widgets displaying valuable metrics for your Offers performance. Each widget displays Today, Yesterday, and MTD (Month to date) statistics. The numbers are a total of both Paid (green) and organic (blue) users, which can be shown by hovering over the blue and green bars.
💡Widget Tip
Clicking on any of the Today, Yesterday, or MTD rows will take you to a Custom Report with the dimensions and metrics automatically filled out for you. Take this even further by adding additional dimensions/metrics to create an even more advanced detailed report.
Widget Descriptions
Active Users - Users who are active in your app
New Users - Users who just installed your app
ROAS - Return On Ad Spend
Revenue - Your revenue
Costs - Payment to your Partners
ARPU - Average Revenue Per User
Budgets Widget
You can view the Hourly, Daily, Monthly, and Total budgets. You can also switch between events and their budgets by clicking the drop-down menu.
Performance Chart
The Performance Chart provides a visual guide to your offer's progress, helping you determine the necessary steps to attract new users and advance further. Turn on and off metrics by selecting them at the bottom of the chart. Hover over the chart to see data points for that time. Select the event you want to measure at the top left.
Partners Tab
The first tab at the bottom of the page is the Partners Tab. The Partners tab gives you insight into your partner's budgets, payout, performance, and more. You can adjust individual partner budgets, set payouts, and adjust their margin. Clicking on any of the partner names will take you to the Partner details page.
If you want to view the data outside of Swaarm, you can click Download CSV.

Edit
By clicking the Edit button, you will be able to adjust budgets, payouts, and access status. Once configured, simply click Save.
Add Partners
If you need to quickly add a partner to the offer, click +Add Partners. A pop-up will appear and you will select the offers to be added. You can also block partners with this feature.
Update Your Partners in Bulk
If there are several partners you need to update at the same time, you can check off each offer's tick box. Then click Update Partners and you can change the access status of those selected partners.
