Top metrics
On the top of the advertiser details page you will find the top metrics of the advertiser that will help you to monitor its performance.
Publisher Details Page Tabs
Beneath the performance chart you will find various tabs with more details on the Offers the Publisher is running, postback setup, and various tools/charts to use.
Offers Tab
You will be able to see all offers that the publisher is running, whether blocked or approved. 50 offers are shown per page and you can click or go to any specific page from the bottom right-hand corner.
You can search by offer name or ID from the search option.
The following metrics can be selected to be shown in the table below:
Profit
Costs
Revenue
Clicks
Impressions
Conversions
Conversion Rate
Moreover, the table has different predefined views as well a custom view that you can personalize based on your needs:
Budget view: It displays each offer budget.
Payout view: It displays each offer payout, meaning WeGet and TheyGet.
Performance view: Performance of the offer along with the budgets of each offer.
Custom view: You can personalize it based on the columns that you choose using the Select Column button.
Feed Status
Under the custom view you can also see the Feed API Status off your offer. This is an indicator if the offer is currently visible in the Feed API. If there is a green check, then it is in the Feed API for your publishers. If there is a red X, then you can click on the X to see the reason is it not being shown. For example the budget is reached or offer is not active.

Blocked Advertisers Tab
This tab allows you to block Advertisers so that the Publisher will not run offers from that specific Advertiser. This can be useful to block an Advertiser that is the same company as the Publisher so that you are not promoting offers from an advertiser right back to them.
Traffic
Control
This tab allows you to view all the traffic that has been blocked or allowed (blacklisted/whitelisted) for this Publisher. Read more about Traffic Control here.
Smart Links
This tab shows any Smart Link connected with this publisher. Read more about Smart Links here.
Optimizations Tab
This tab is used to see any specific Optimizations setup for this publisher. You can manage and edit them on this tab. If there is nothing specifically setup for this publisher it will be empty. See more about optimizations here.
Postbacks for Publishers
In the publisher's details view, you will find the menu for Postbacks. Here you can insert the Postback, i.e. the URL that is triggered to the publisher when a conversion happens. You can create a publisher postback by following the steps below:
On the Postbacks tab, click “Create” to insert the postback
For Global Postback: Leave offer and event empty
For Offer Postback: Choose an offer
No need to add any event postback. Only our event macro should be added on the Global / Offer postback
The Postback is created by default with active status
You can always edit or delete a Postback by clicking on the menu on the left as displayed below:
The table below summarizes how the postbacks are triggered:
Global Postback | Offer Postback | Event Postback |
http://offers.publisher.com/postback?clickid=#{click.publisher.clickId}&sum=#{payout.theyGetInDollars} | http://offers.publisher.com/postback?offer_id=[PUB OFFER ID]&clickid=#{click.publisher.clickId}&sum=#{payout.theyGetInDollars} | http://offers.publisher.com/postback?adv_event_id=#{offer.eventTypeId}&clickid=#{click.publisher.clickId}&sum=#{payout.theyGetInDollars} |
Publisher Global Postback
Once the global postback is set up for the publishers, they will start receiving all successful conversions that have been attributed to them. If it's a CPI offer then the install will be passed with the payout that has been agreed and the additional post-install conversions (quality events) will be passed without any payout. For CPA offers, default (install) will be passed with “0” payout and the payable conversion will be passed with the payout that has been agreed.
Publisher Offer Postback
All successful conversions, meaning postback status is “approved” and evaluation decision is “passed” for that specific offer will be passed to the publisher. Once the single offer postback is configured then the same conversions will not be passed via the Global postback.
Publisher Event Postback
For the event postback that has been set up with a specific event of an offer, only the specific event conversion will be fired once this successfully triggers on the network side i.e. the status for the event is "approved" and the decision is "passed". Keep in mind that the event should always be public in order to pass it to the publisher.
