Notifications

An overview of the Notifications section in Swaarm - view alert notifications and track all emails sent to users and publishers, including type and status.

The Notifications section is a log of all notifications generated by the platform -both in-app notifications triggered by Alert rules, and emails sent to internal users and publisher contacts. Go to Notifications from the main menu.


App notifications

The App tab shows all in-app notifications triggered by your configured Alert rules. This is where you can review, filter, and mark notifications as read.

Select one or more notifications and click Mark as Read to clear them.

ℹ️ App notifications are generated by Alert rules. To configure which conditions trigger a notification, go to Automation → Alerts. See Alerts →


Email notifications

The Email tab is a log of every email sent via the platform - to both internal users and publisher contacts. Every email is registered here regardless of how it was triggered.

When a new Swaarm user account is created - they receive a link to the platform and a one-time password, and are prompted to reset it on first login

When a publisher contact is created and given Partner Platform access - they receive a link to the Partner Platform and a one-time password, and are prompted to reset it on first login

Offer for Publisher

When offers are pushed to a publisher via the Push Tool and the Send notification to publishers checkbox is selected — contains campaign details, click tracking URL, and impression tracking URL. If multiple offers were pushed, all are included in one email.

When a scheduled change affects an offer the publisher is approved on - e.g. an offer is paused

ℹ️ Use the Recipient Email filter to verify whether a specific email was sent - useful when a user or publisher says they didn't receive a notification or their login credentials.
