How to view in App & Email Notifications in Swaarm's MMP, and how to password reset.

Notifications

There are two types of notifications in Swaarm's MMP: in-App and Email. These notifications serve as tool to receive alerts, password resets, scheduled changes and more. Under the Notifications tab on the menu, you can see all outgoing and incoming notifications triggered on the platform.

🔔App Notifications

App notifications are triggered by Alerts you have configured. These alerts will be logged under the Notification > App tab. The app notification will be labeled with a type of severity: Warning, Info, or Critical depending on the notification. You will be able to see when the notification took place and if an email was sent. Click on the alert to see more details.

Bell Notification

If the alert notification is configured to send you or another user a notification, they will also see these notifications under the "🔔 bell icon" in the top right. Clicking on the bell will reveal the in-app notification. You can click on it for more details or click All Notifications to be redirected to the Notification > App page.

📩Change Alert Email Frequency

Click on your username in the top-right of the platform, and click settings.

Choose the frequency that you receive an email for alert notifications in your inbox.

📧Email Notifications

Email notifications is an important log to see what communication was sent externally. You can view all emails sent from the platform. These emails will be labeled with an ID, Status, Type and when the email was created/sent. You can search by Offer, Partner, and even Recipient Email.

Type of Email Notifications

There are three types of email notifications

Offer for Partner

These are notifications related to Push Tool and offer updates for individual partners.

  • Offers pushed to partners

Schedule Change

These are notifications related to various scheduled changes that are more broad and may be labeled as Offer Payout Change.

  • Offer scheduled payout change

  • Offer scheduled budget change

User

These are emails regarding new users, partner platform access, or password resets.

  • New aser

  • Partner Platform access

  • Password reset

Push Tool Emails

The Push tool email type is: Offer for Partners. This type of notification contains the sender information with the message and the campaign details. This includes tracking URl, KPI's, budgets, payouts and more. If multiple offers were pushed to a partner, there will receive all of the offers and their details in one email.

New User or Partner Contact Email

The email type is: User. An email notification is sent out to newly created users and partner contacts (that are given access to the partner platform). This email contains their login credentials and 1-time use password that will take the user to a password reset page after logging in.


Forgot Password?

If you, a user, or a partner forgets their password, then it is a simple process to reset and gain access again.

Reset Password Steps

  1. Click Forget Password? on the login page

  2. Enter your email

  3. Click Send Reset Instructions

  4. You will then receive an email like this:

  6. Enter a New Password

  7. You should now be able to login again with a new password
