Overview
When your account manager sets up an Alert, you'll receive a notification on the Partner Platform when it's triggered - and via email too, depending on your notification preferences. This keeps you up to date on your performance and any changes that affect you.
Viewing Notifications
Go to Notifications on the left menu
View all your alert notifications in the list
Search and filter by:
Offers - search by name or offer ID
Severity - Info, Warning, or Critical
Status - Read or Unread
Click any notification to see its full details in a pop-up
