Publishers access your Partner Platform using login credentials tied to a contact on their publisher account. There are two ways a contact gets created — you create it manually, or it's created automatically when a publisher signs up via an application form.
Manually create a publisher contact
Go to Publishers → [Publisher name] → Contacts tab
Click + Create Contact
Fill in the contact details - a valid email address is required, as well as First Name and Last Name
Check Partner Platform Access - this grants the contact login access to the Partner Platform
Optionally check:
Primary Contact - marks this as the main contact for this publisher
Receives Notifications - contact receives platform notifications (recommended)
Click Save
The contact receives an email with their login credentials including a temporary password. They must change it on first login.
⚠️ Each email address can only be used once across all publisher contacts in the platform. If the same person manages multiple publisher accounts, use email aliases - for example name+1@email.com, name+2@email.com. Most email providers deliver these to the same inbox.
Via publisher application form
If a publisher signs up via your application form, their contact is created automatically when you approve their application under Publishers → Publisher Applications tab.
The approved contact automatically receives:
Primary contact status
Partner Platform access
Notifications
You can manage and edit this contact from Publisher → Contacts tab.
Verify that the login email was received
If a publisher says they haven't received their login credentials:
Go to Notifications from the main menu
Paste their email address in the Recipient Email search field
Check whether the email was sent
ℹ️ If the email appears, ask the publisher to check their junk/spam folder. If not - delete and add the contact again.
Password reset
If a publisher has forgotten their Partner Platform password:
They go to the Partner Platform login page
Click Forgot Password?
Enter their email address and click Send reset instructions
They receive a reset link by email
ℹ️ If they don't receive the reset email, ask them to check their junk folder or verify the email address is correct in the Contacts tab.
