⚠️WARNING: Creating/Editing conversions can change your numbers, please double check your inputs.
Update existing conversions either by filtering the Conversion Report, selecting a specific set, and editing them together, or by uploading a CSV, which the system will match automatically (no pre-filter needed). You can change status/decision, payouts, and optionally the postback date/time.
To add new conversions, see Create Conversions (manually or via CSV)
A) Update via Conversion Report (filter & select)
Use this when you want to change a specific subset of conversions you can isolate with filters.
Go to Reports → Conversion Report.
Filter the report to the conversions you want to change (e.g., by date, offer, publisher, status/decision, click ids).
Select the rows you want to edit (checkboxes). You may click on Select All to select all rows.
Click Edit Convesrions.
In the dialog, set the fields you want to apply to all selected rows:
Evaluation status
Evaluation decision
WeGet / TheyGet
If you leave the fields empty, the conversion will keep the original value
If in the amount type, you insert a higher number than the number of conversions matching the filter, it will display a warning for you.
Click Save. Changes will be applied to every selected conversion.
💡 Notes:
Conversions can be edited only after 60 minutes have passed since they were received; until then, they can’t be changed.
In the Conversion report check the Postback Modified and Postback Modification Description columns to see whether a conversion was modified and view the details.
B) Update via CSV (no pre-filter required)
Use this when you have a file with the conversions click ids to change - the system will match them from the CSV, so you don’t need to filter first.
Open Reports → Conversion Report → Edit Conversions (CSV).
Upload your CSV. (You can also use Google Sheets and then just download it as a CSV)
Choose the CSV separator that matches your file (Comma or Semicolon).
Enter the Click ID column number (used to find the conversions to update).
Map only the fields you want to change or set default values for all rows:
Evaluation status
Evaluation decision
WeGet / TheyGet
Click Preview.
If successful in finding all Click IDs it will show this message: All click ids were found.
If some click IDs are not matched it will list out those click IDs and allow you to copy them, so that you can paste them into a separate CSV file to manage later.
Click Import to apply updates. You will see a notification at the top showing the number of conversions modified.
