Reports: Conversion Report

Use the Conversion Report to view and manage individual postbacks - filter by any field, export to CSV, fire postbacks manually, and update conversion data.

Overview

The Conversion Report shows every postback tracked by Swaarm, with full details per conversion - click ID, postback URL fired to the publisher, evaluation status, payout, device data, and more. It is the primary tool for investigating individual conversions and managing conversion data.

ℹ️ The Conversion Report shows conversion-level data. For aggregated performance data, use Custom Reports or Explorer.

Where to Find the Conversion Report

Go to: Reports → Conversion

How to Use the Conversion Report

  1. Go to Reports → Conversion

  2. Select a Date Range

  3. Select the Fields you want to display — choose from 200+ available fields → Full list of fields and filters

  4. Optionally add Filters to narrow down results

    • Default filters (Offer ID, Advertiser ID, etc.) are pre-listed for quick access - no need to search through the full list

  5. Click Search

ℹ️ The order in which you select fields determines the order of columns in the report. If you deselect and reselect a field, it moves to the end of the column order.

Key Features

  • Export to CSV

Click the Download CSV button to export the current report results to a CSV file.

  • CTIT (Click to Install Time)

The Conversion Report provides a detailed view of CTIT - the time between a user clicking an ad and opening the app for the first time - add Postback CTIT field to check it.

  • Publisher Groups & Original Sub IDs

If you are using Publisher Groups, you can view Publisher Group IDs and Original Publisher Sub IDs in the report.

  • Optimization Rule Evaluations

You can view Optimization Rule evaluation results per conversion - including which rules were active and which caused a decision or status to fail.

  • Fire Postbacks Manually

If a postback was not fired to a publisher for any reason, you can fire it manually:

  1. Select the conversion(s) in the report

  2. Click Fire Postbacks

⚠️ You cannot fire a postback for a conversion with Evaluation Decision: Failed. Once fired manually, this action cannot be undone.

ℹ️ A conversion can only have a postback fired manually after at least 1 hour has passed since it was received.

Managing Conversions

From the Conversion Report you can also create new conversions or update existing ones:

  • Create Conversions - add conversions manually or via CSV upload → Create Conversions

  • Update Conversions - change status, decision, or payouts for existing conversions via report selection or CSV → Update Conversions

ℹ️ A conversion can only have a postback fired manually after at least 1 hour has passed since it was received.

⚠️ Creating or editing conversions affects your numbers. Always double-check your inputs before saving.
