Updated over a year ago

Conversion Report

Each and every postback is tracked by the Swaarm platform. You can find them in this section of the Conversion Report. All the data that is specific to each conversion including click ID, postback URL fired for the pub, etc. is included in this report.

How to Use the Conversion Report

  1. Access the conversions report by selecting Reports > Conversion in the menu.

  2. Select the Date Range

  3. Select which Fields to display (see 150+ field & filter options)

  4. Add an optional Filter

    1. There are Default filters, such as Offer ID and Adv ID, that are optional and time-saving, helping you from searching through all available filters.

  5. Click Search

❗️ Column Order

The order in which you select your dimensions or metrics will be the order in which your columns are displayed.

For example: If you select Offer ID, Offer Name and then Publisher ID, the columns will display Offer ID, Offer Name then Publisher ID.

If you deselect Offer ID and then reselect Offer ID, then it will appear at the end like: Offer Name, Publisher ID then Offer ID.

Create, Edit and Update Conversions

We have a dedicated article to this topic that explains the process of how to create, edit and update conversions individually or by CSV.

On-Demand Firing Postbacks to Publishers

If your postback was not fired to your publisher for whatever reason, you can now choose to fire a postback manually. Simply select the conversion and then click Fire Postbacks. You cannot fire an Evaluation Decision Failed postback.

❗️Important

Once you fire a postback manually you cannot undo this action.

Once fired, you will be able to see when it was fired under Postback Modification Description and it will have a green check mark under Postback Modified.

Error: Postback Missed

If you click on Fire Postbacks for a failed postback, an error message will pop up and give you the option to filter failed postbacks. You must first set the Postback to Evaluation Decision Passed before firing the postback. Postbacks will only be fired to a publisher if there is a postback configured for the publisher.

Firing Evaluation Status: Pending or Rejected Postbacks

If a conversion's Evaluation Decision is Failed, then the publisher postback is not fired on demand regardless of the Evaluation Status.

However, the publisher postback can be fired on demand even when Evaluation Decision is changed to Passed and Evaluation Status is either Rejected or Pending. The chart below shows the scenarios and whether sending rejected postback is disabled or enabled based on the Status.
