When an offer has Request Approval visibility, publishers can request access to it from the Partner Platform. These requests land in the Offer Accesses tab on the Publishers overview page, where you can review and action them in bulk.
Reviewing and updating access requests
Go to Publishers → Offer Accesses tab
Use the filters to narrow down the list - by Access State, Offer, Publisher, Advertiser Account Manager, or Publisher Account Manager
ℹ️ On default filter by Access State 'Pending' is set to show all publishers requests currently waiting for approval.
Select the requests you want to action using the checkboxes
Click Update Access States and choose the new status Approved or Blocked
Quick tips
Filter by your AM - use the Advertiser or Publisher Account Manager filter to see only your own publishers and their pending requests
Copy tracking links - click the three-dot icon on any row to quickly copy the publisher's Tracking Link or Impression Link without opening the offer
