How to view details of a specific partner and track performance.

Partner Details Page

The Partner Details page provides in-depth analytics on the performance of your partners. It provides you with widgets for important metrics, a customizable performance chart, and details on all the offers they are running. Let's go through each section.

Partner Name, Show More & Edit

Name & ID

At the top of the page, you will see the name of the partner and the Swaarm partner ID. There is also a circle with the Partner Account Manager initials (i.e. DU), the status of the partner (i.e. Active), and the tag type of the partner (i.e. Direct). Beneath the name is the country where the partner is located.

Edit

On the right side, you have the Edit button.

Allowing you to quickly adjust information about the partner like the Name, Account Manager, Tags, and more. Below is the partner edit page.

We have 2 more tabs on the partner edit as below,

  • Payment - On this tab, you can select your preferred method of payment

  • Tracking Domain - From here, You can set a different tracking domain for this partner specifically

Quick Links

Quick Links will take you to the below options,

  1. Explorer Report with the specific partner you are on automatically filtered

  2. Audits page to see a timeline of any changes made by any user/system in Swaarm for this partner

  3. Partner Platform, will take you to the Partner Platform with this partner selected so that you can view what they are seeing on their dashboard

The 6 Widgets

At the top of the page, you have six widgets displaying valuable metrics for your partner's performance. Each widget displays Today, Yesterday, and MTD (Month to date) statistics. The numbers are a total of both Paid (green) and organic (blue) users, which can be shown by hovering over the blue and green bars.

💡Widget Tip

Clicking on any of the Today, Yesterday, or MTD rows will take you to a Custom Report with the dimensions and metrics automatically filled out for you. Take this even further by adding additional dimensions/ metrics to create an even more advanced detailed report.

Widget Descriptions

  • Active Users - Users who are currently active in your app

  • New Users - Users who just installed your app

  • ROAS - Return On Ad Spend

  • Revenue - Your revenue

  • Costs - Payment to your Partners

  • ARPU - Average Revenue Per User

Performance Chart

The Performance Chart provides a visual guide to your partner's progress, helping you determine the necessary steps to attract new users and advance further. Turn on and off metrics by selecting them at the bottom of the chart.

Hover over the chart to see data points for that time.

Time Granularity

To get a bigger picture or even a more detailed analysis, change up the report by selecting a different time granularity between Hourly, Daily, Weekly, or Monthly.

Partner's Offers/Campaigns

After viewing the details of how your partner is performing with the charts and graphs. above, then you can utilize the bottom section to see how they are performing on the offers approved for them. You can also adjust budgets, set new payouts, and adjust the margin.

Offers Tab

Here on the Offers Tab, you can see the list of campaigns the partner is running and various metrics. Clicking on any of the offer names will take you to the Offer details page. If you want to view the data outside of Swaarm, you can click Download CSV.

Offer Table

Edit

By clicking the Edit button, the table will switch to the editable view where you will be able to adjust budgets, payouts, and access status by just updating the values, all in one place. Once configured, simply Save.

Add Offers

If you need to quickly add an offer for a partner, click +Add Offers. A pop-up will appear and you will select the offers to be added. You can also block offers with this feature.

Update Your Partner Offers in Bulk

If there are several offers you need to update at the same time, you can check off each offer tick box. Then once you have made changes click Update Offers.

Update Margin

Change the default margin for your partner on all their offers by clicking Update Margin. The margin will calculate special TheyGet for offers, where there is no special WeGet or TheyGet set for the offer on the partner.

Download CSV

Here on the Offers Tab, you can see the list of campaigns your partner is running and their performance metrics. If you want to view the data outside of Swaarm, you can click Download CSV. This will download the table as shown into a CSV.

Table View

You can select Budget, Payout, Performance, and CuView view to display certain metrics. With Custom view, you can select different columns from between the other views to cater to your data needs. Just remember, to see various metrics, you must select them in the Metrics filter above.

Partner Postback Links

How to Add a New Partner Postback?

  1. Go to your partner's detail page

  2. Click on the Postback Links tab

  3. Click +Create Postback Link

  4. Enter the Postback URL

    1. Utilize the Add Macros feature for an easy postback configuration

  5. Select an offer for an offer-specific postback, otherwise leave it blank for a global postback

  6. If an offer was selected, then select an event that will trigger the postback

    1. Otherwise, it will be set to the Default event

  7. Select the Attribution Restriction Click ID or PEA Chain or both

  8. Select Send Only Paid Postbacks, if you do not want to forward any unpaid postbacks (quality events) to your partner

  9. Select Send Rejected Postbacks, if you want to forward postbacks that were rejected

    1. Postbacks that failed by other optimization rules will not be sent

  10. Click Save
