  4. Click Save and it will take up to a minute to process

    1. You can then click Load Conversions to see what you just created

💡Notes on Creating/Editing Conversions

  • Keep in mind that conversions received in the latest hour can not be edited, and you will see a disclaimer pop up. After that hour they will be able to be edited.

  • You can create/edit conversions with negative payouts as well.

  • You can always check the Audits page for any postback modifications in case you made a mistake while editing/creating a conversion.

How to Edit/Update Conversions

  1. You can go to Reports > Conversion

  2. Use the filters to search for the conversions you want to update:

  3. Select the conversions you want to edit and click Edit Conversions

  4. A form will pop up where you can make changes to the conversions (below is an explanation of each field)

  5. Click save and in about a minute they will be updated

Edit Conversion Fields

Amount: How many conversions of the listed ones on the table will be updated

Additionally, you can also insert the following fields so that the conversions on that table will be updated accordingly:

  • Evaluation Status: Postback Status, you can update to Approved, Pending, or Rejected

  • Evaluation Decision: Postback Decision (you can decide if you want to pass or not the conversions to the publisher.

  • WeGet

  • TheyGet

If you leave the fields empty, the conversion will keep the original value

If in the amount type, you insert a higher number than the number of conversions matching the filter, it will display a warning for you.

Edit Conversions with a CSV File

You can take a CSV file that contains (up to 10,000) click IDs of the postbacks you want to edit and upload it to edit a batch of conversions. All you need is to have the click IDs in one column in the CSV report.

Let's go step by step:

  1. Go to Reports > Conversion

  2. Click Edit Conversions(CSV)

  3. Edit Conversions form will pop up then you can fill it out

  4. Upload your CSV file

    1. 💡Pro Tip: You can also use Google Sheets and then just download it as a CSV

  5. Input which column the Click IDs are under (e.g. Column A = Column 1)

    1. Optional: You can have Evaluation Status/Decision and Payout information in other columns

    2. You can select the Evaluation status and decision manually from the dropdown. In this case, for all matched click Ids, the status/ decision value will be assigned as selected

    3. You can add payout values manually by adding them on the right-hand side input boxes. Similarly, in this case, for all matched click Ids, the payouts will be assigned as given

  6. Click Preview

    1. If successful in finding all Click IDs it will show this message

    2. If some click IDs are not matched it will list out those click IDs and allow you to copy them, so that you can paste them into a separate CSV file to manage later

  7. Click Import and you will see a notification at the top showing the number of conversions modified

💡Note

  • If no click IDs are matched, you will have a prompt asking you to check if the column mapping is correct.

  • If only some of the click IDs are matched, then you will receive a list of the ID's not matched that you can easily copy.
