Organization: Partner Platform Configuration

Control which features are available to publishers on the Partner Platform.

Overview

Partner Platform Configuration allow Admin users to enable or disable features for all publishers on the Partner Platform. By default, most features are disabled except Postback Links.


Where to Configure

Go to: Organization → Settings → Partner Platform tab → Configuration


How to Enable or Disable Features

  1. Go to Organization → Settings → Partner Platform tab → Configuration

  2. Toggle the feature on or off

    • Enabled - the feature is visible and accessible to all publishers on the Partner Platform

    • Disabled - the feature is hidden from all publishers on the Partner Platform

ℹ️ Changes apply to all publishers immediately - there is no per-publisher toggle here. For Smart Links visibility per publisher, see → Smart Links

Description

Support Tickets

Publishers can submit support tickets directly from the Partner Platform. If disabled while existing tickets are open, those tickets remain in history and are shown again when re-enabled. Received tickets could be checked on Publishers overview page → Support Tickets:

Event Support

Events with a payout are classified as Monetization events, while events without a payout are treated as Quality eventsEvents. Enable this to show statistics for such events in the partner platform.

Conversion Report

The partner conversion report is visible on the Partner Platform.

Smart Links

Public Smart Links are displayed on the Partner Platform under their own page. → Smart Links

Offer Tags Filter

Offer tags are shown on the offers overview page and can be used as filters.

Postback Links

Publishers can view and modify their offer postback links. Changes are reflected in the Admin UI. Enabled by default.

Referrals

Publishers can view and share their referral links from the Partner Platform settings. → Publisher Referrals

Offer Tags Label

The offer tags label is displayed on the Partner Platform. Default label is "Offer Tags" - you can customize the help text shown below the filter.

Advanced Metrics

CR and EPC metrics are displayed on the offers overview page.

Feeds (Search Monetization)

Feed sections are visible on the dashboard and menu. If disabled, publishers only see widgets and the performance chart on the dashboard - no feed details or sections.
