Here’s a step-by-step checklist to onboard partners onto the Swaarm MMP (Mobile Measurement Platform). This process ensures proper tracking setup, transparency, and smooth collaboration between you and your partners.
✅ 1. Create a Partner Account in Swaarm
You can create a partner account in one of the following ways:
Option 1: Approve a Partner Application
If the partner signed up using the Swaarm signup form, you can review and approve their application in Partners -> Applications:
Please, note that the signup form is not created by default, you'll need to configure it manually in the Organization -> Settings -> Partner Platform -> Partner Signup Form. For step-by-step instructions on how to configure the partner signup form, refer to this article: 👉 Creating a Partner Signup Form
Option 2: Create a Partner Account Manually
You can also create a partner account directly from your Swaarm admin panel by adding the partner manually.
For detailed instructions, refer to this article: 👉 Creating a Partner Account
✅ 2. Define Commercial Terms
Before launching traffic, make sure the commercial terms are clearly defined and agreed upon. Confirm the following with your partner:
Payout model (CPA, CPI, CPM, etc.)
Allowed traffic sources
Target countries, platforms, and other targeting rules
KPIs, which must be followed
Once agreed, confirm the terms via email or an IO (Insertion Order).
✅ 3. Grant Partner Platform Access
Ensure the partner has access to the Partner Platform by:
Adding their email address to the partner account in Contacts. More about the process here 👉 Give Publisher Access to Partner Platform
Confirming that login details have been successfully delivered. You may check all sent emails in Notifications -> Emails
The partner will use this access to configure their postbacks, retrieve tracking links, offer details, and review reports.
✅ 4. Share the Partner Setup Guide
Provide the partner with the 👉 MMP Partner Setup Guide, which explains:
How to log in and restore a password
Where and how to set up postbacks
How to find offers and tracking links
How to check reports
This helps partners complete their setup independently and reduces back-and-forth.
✅ 5. Postback Configuration
If the Partner has set their postbacks on Partner dashboard, confirm that:
They used the correct macros
Enabled payout-based filtering, if required
Or set their postback(s) by yourself in Partners -> Partner page -> Postback Links. More information about the Postback setting here 👉 Publisher Postback Setup
✅ 6. Run a Postback Test
Before going live, run a test conversion together with the Partner:
Select an offer suitable for testing
Ask the partner to share the test tracking link
Trigger a test conversion and confirm the postback is received correctly
More about the testing process here 👉 Test Publisher Integration
✅ 7. Go Live and Monitor Performance
Once testing is successful:
Approve the partner on your live campaigns. More details here 👉 Approving & Blocking publishers for an offer
Monitor performance in various 👉 Reports
Address any discrepancies early
