1. Accessing Partner Dashboard
1.1 Logging In
To log in to the Partner Platform, your Advertiser must first grant you access by adding your email address under Contacts.
Once access is granted, you will receive an email to the provided address containing:
a link to the Partner Platform
a one-time password

When logging in for the first time, use the one-time password to access the platform. You will then be prompted to set your own password, which you can use for future logins:
1.2 Restoring a Password
If you have forgotten your password, you can restore it by clicking 'Forgot Password?' on the login page and following the instructions sent to your email address:
2. Postback Setting
2.1 Global Postback setup
You can add a global postback in Settings -> Postback Links by clicking 'Create Postback Link'.
⚠️ Please note that your postback URL must include macros supported by the Swaarm platform. To insert a macro, click 'Edit macros' and select the required value from the dropdown list:
You can find the full list of supported postback macros here. Below are some of the most commonly used ones:
#{click.publisher.clickId}- your click ID#{offer.eventTypeId}- event ID#{eventType.name}- event name#{payout.theyGetInDollars}- payout amount
If you want to receive postbacks only for events with a payout greater than zero, enable the checkbox 'Receive only postbacks with a payout greater than zero'.
2.2 Event Postback setup
If you would like to set a postback for a specific event within an offer, go to the relevant offer page in the Offers section.
On the offer page, scroll down to the Postback Links section. There, you can:
select the required event
configure a postback specifically for that event
This allows you to manage postbacks at the offer event level, instead of using a global postback.
2.3 Postback Testing
After setting up the postback, it is recommended to run a test together with your Advertiser to ensure the configuration is correct.
Steps:
Ask your Advertiser which offer should be used for testing.
Set the offer tracking link in your platform.
Send the test link back to the Advertiser so they can trigger a test conversion.
3. Offer tracking link and description
Once an offer is approved for you by the Advertiser, it will appear in the Offers section. To access the tracking link, check targeting, payouts, and other offer details, click on the relevant offer in the list.
4. Reports
You can review your performance data in the Partner Platform using the following reports:
- Conversion Report - to see data on conversion level
- Custom report - to build your own report from available dimensions and metrics (for example, conversion amount per offer within specific time range).
