This article describes how to give access to Partner Platform for a publisher contact

Create Publisher Contact

In order to give access to your Publisher to the Partner Platform, we need a valid email address of the user who can have access to the same. The steps to give access are as follows:

  1. Go to the publisher detail page

  2. Click on the Contacts tab

  3. Click on + Create Contact on the left-hand side

  4. Check the Partner System Access checkbox

    1. You can choose as well if this is the Primary Contact or should receive all of our Notifications (we recommend at least Notifications should be checked off)

  5. Click on Save

The user then receives an email with the login details including a temporary password which needs to be changed on the first login. The same user can have access to multiple publisher accounts if he is listed as a contact under each of them.

You can locate a publisher using their email contact information through the platform's various search fields.


Publisher Application

Another way to have the publisher contact created can be through the publisher sign-up forms. When creating the form there are mandatory fields included such as: Contact Name and Contact Email. Once you have created your sign-up form and a potential Publisher signs up, only when you approve the new publisher under Publishers Overview>Publisher Applications Tab will the contact be created automatically.

The following access is given to the publisher after approving the application: primary contact, Partner Platform access, and receives notifications. This publisher contact can be managed and edited under the Contacts Tab on the Publisher Details page.


Partner Contact Email and Login Credentials

This will explain how to double-check that the partner contact has received the email with credentials.

  1. Go to your publisher contacts tab

  2. Copy the email address

  3. Go to Notifications

  4. Paste the email in the search bar Recipient Email

  5. If the partner does not receive the email, you may advise them to double-check in their Junk folder.


Publisher Forgot Password & Password Reset for Partner Platform

In case your publishers or partners have forgotten their password needed to log into the partner platform, they can click on the "Forgot Password" option on the Partner Login page and follow the provided instructions.

  1. On the Partner Portal login page, click on Forget Password? option.

  2. Next, the publisher can enter the email associated with their account and click send reset instructions.

  3. The publishers will then receive an email like this:

  4. The publisher can follow the password reset link received in their mailbox and set up a new password.

  5. Once the new password is set, the publishers should be able to log in again using the new password

The above procedure can also be initiated for the publisher by an admin user of the platform.


Notifications

An admin user can check this email including any other emails sent out to the publisher partner under the Notifications menu.

You need to click on the menu Notifications > Email Tab where you can filter by an Offer, Publisher, or Recipient Email to find out the exact email that has been sent out to the partner contact.
