Steps for Importing Leads
Here are the steps for where you will upload CSV files, manage field mappings, and import leads.
Access Import Leads Feature
Go to Leads in the menu
Select the Incoming Leads tab
Click Import Leads to launch the import widget
Upload & Mapping the CSV Fields
Upload a CSV file containing your lead data (up to 20 MB)
Select your CSV file separator based on the format of your CSV file
Comma (,)
Semicolon (;)
Click on +Add Field
Select the Field name
Assign the field's respective column number in the CSV
For example, assign numbers such as 1, 2, 3, etc., to correspond with the columns in your CSV file
Please note that the system does NOT support header alphabets
Click OK to import
After configuring the field mappings and confirming the import, the lead data from your CSV will be imported into Swaarm. Your newly imported leads are now accessible within the leads table.
❗️Rejected Import: Data Validation
If the CSV contains references to advertisers, offers, or publishers not existing within the platform, then the imported CSV will be rejected.
