Incoming Leads

In Swaarm, you can find the Incoming Leads section under the Leads page. Incoming leads will show all the leads tracked in the platform.

  • You can select the fields that you want to load in the table, the lightening icon on the Fields means that your selection will be pre-saved every time you revisit the page

  • You can apply multiple filters on the table using the +Add Filter option

  • You can download the table with selected fields in the CSV


Lead Gen: Optimization Rules

You need to configure the "Lead Targeting" rule on the lead gen campaigns.

  1. Go to Automation > Optimizations

  2. Create a rule

  3. Select the campaigns/ advertisers that are dedicated to lead generation

  4. Select the rule type as Lead and Rule as Lead Targeting

  5. Save

Additionally, you have the ability to configure other optimization rules for lead generation, such as recency, anonymous proxy IP, etc., to ensure accurate tracking of legitimate leads.

How to configure an HTML template on the landing page for the Lead Gen campaign?

In the Lead Gen campaign, you can configure the HTML template containing the form that the user will fill in, on the landing offer landing page.

  1. Go to Offer details > edit > Landing pages

  2. Go to the Default landing page and scroll down to the bottom

  3. You'll find an HTML Template section where you can enter the HTML of the user form

  4. Save

This will save the user form on your landing page, and whenever a lead is tracked in the system, you can find all lead data in the Incoming Leads table.


Importing leads using CSV

Generally, lead data is passed between the companies in Excel/ CSV files. If you have lead data in CSV files, you can upload the file directly into Swaarm.


Sending Leads to the Advertiser's API

  1. Select the leads that you want to forward to the advertiser and click on Send Leads

  2. A widget will open up where you can select the advertiser's endpoint, if no endpoint has been created yet then it will ask you to create an endpoint. Check here about how to configure the advertiser's endpoint

  3. Click Send

It will forward all selected leads to the Advertiser's API, and you can find forwarded leads logged in the Logs section, check more about logs.
