Partner Platform: Payments

Request payments, track their status, and sign up with Tipalti to receive payments directly through the Partner Platform.

Overview

From the Partner Platform, you can request a payment and track its status. If your account manager has set up Tipalti, you can also receive payments directly through it once registered.


How to Request a Payment

  1. Go to Payments

  2. Click + Request Payment

  3. Choose the Time Period for the payment

  4. Enter the Amount you're requesting

  5. Click Save

⚠️ If you haven't selected a payment method in Settings, you won't be able to request a payment.

Your request appears in the table with status Requested. Your account manager will review it, and the status will update accordingly as it progresses.

If you've signed up with Tipalti, your payment will be processed automatically through it. Otherwise, select PayPal, Payoneer, or Bank transfer as your payment method - these are processed manually by your account manager.


How to Sign Up with Tipalti

If your account manager has configured Tipalti, you can register to receive payments through it directly.

  1. Go to Settings → Payment tab

  2. Select Payment Method: Tipalti

  3. Click Register with Tipalti

  4. Fill out the required forms

Once completed, you'll start receiving payments via Tipalti.

If your account manager hasn't configured Tipalti, the Register with Tipalti option won't be available, and you'll see a message indicating it's currently not supported - contact your account manager for more details.
