Partner Platform Payments

In the Partner Platform, you can request a payment and view the status of payments as a publisher. You can even receive payments via Tipalti, a 3rd party payment service, but in order to do so you must register with Tipalti (details below).

How to Request Payments from the Partner Platform

  1. Go to Payments

  2. Click + Request Payment

  3. Choose the Time Period for the payment

  4. Enter the Amount to be requested

  5. Click Save

๐Ÿ’ก Note

If no payment method is selected in settings, then you cannot request payment.

Once you have clicked save, you will see your payment request in the table below. The status will start as Requested and then will be reviewed by the Publisher Account Manager in the Swaarm Admin platform. As the payment status updates you will see your status update in the Partner Platform.

If you signed up and are using Tipalti, then you can receive payment through Tipalti. Otherwise, you will need to select either Paypal, Payoneer, or Bank transfer as your payment method and those are processed manually.

How to Sign Up with Tipalti as a Swaarm Publisher

If Tipalti has been configured on the Swaarm Admin Platform to manage the payments, then the Publisher can receive payments via Tipalti on the Partner Platform by registering with Tipalti.

Here are the steps to register with Tipalti on the Partner Platform,

  1. Login to the Partner Platform

  2. Go to Settings

  3. Go to the Payments Tab

  4. Select Payment Method: Tipalti

  5. Click Register with Tipalti

  6. Fill out the forms

  7. Then once you are done you will begin to receive payments via Tipalti

If the Swaarm user has not configured Tipalti in the Swaarm Admin Platform, then you will not have the option to click Register with Tipalti, and it will show the message below:
