Partner Platform: Dashboard

How you can use the Partner Platform and view the Partner Platform dashboard.

Once your account manager creates your contact in Swaarm you will have access to the Partner Platform. This platform will help give an overview of your performance as well as provide reports, offer details, and tools to assist you.

Widgets

At the top of the dashboard, the first thing you will see are the four widgets. These widgets display their Total Payout, Paid Conversion, Clicks, and Impressions for Today, Yesterday, and Month to Date (MTD).

If you click on any of these rows it will take you to a custom report with the date, dimensions, and metrics pre-filled for you.

Performance Chart

The performance chart gives a visible overview of performance on the same metrics as the widgets above. However, here you can view these metrics in different time granularities. Such as Hourly, Daily, Weekly, and Monthly.

You also have the option to turn on and off different metrics.

Offers

You can also view all currently approved/auto-approved offers also known as Running Offers. This table can provide a quick glance at performance and you can sort the columns to view top-performing campaigns.

Below you will find the New Offers table. This table shows pending offers waiting for approval from the Account Manager or offers that the publisher can request approval. Clicking on any offer name will take you to the offer details page. Read more about Running Offers and New Offers here.

Additional Tools

  • As the Swaarm Account Manager, you can jump through each of your Publishers by clicking the drop-down in the header of the Partner Platform. Here you can see all your publishers and search for them by name

  • You will also be able to see the timezone set by the Swaarm user in the top right

  • For more information on the notification, the bell checks out Partner Platform: Notifications

  • In the bottom left of the menu, you will find the Publisher Account Manager's name and when you click on this name it will open up an email with the account manager's email loaded

  • You will also find the documentation link leading you to articles located in the Partner Platform collection to help answer any questions about using or accessing the partner platform
