Overview
Once your account manager creates your contact in Swaarm, you get access to the Partner Platform - a dedicated space to view your performance, reports, offer details, and supporting tools.
Dashboard
Widgets
At the top of the dashboard, four widgets show your Total Payout, Paid Conversions, Clicks, and Impressions for Today, Yesterday, and Month to Date (MTD).
💡 Click on any widget to open a Custom Report with the date, dimensions, and metrics pre-filled.
Performance Chart
The performance chart shows the same metrics as the widgets above, with the option to view them across different time granularities - hourly, daily, weekly, or monthly. You can toggle individual metrics on and off in the chart.
Offers
Running Offers - your currently approved or auto-approved offers, with a quick view of performance. Sort columns to see your top-performing campaigns. → Partner Platform: Offers
New Offers - offers pending approval from your account manager, or offers you can request approval for. Click any offer name to open its details page. → Partner Platform: Offers
Additional Tools
Timezone - platform timezone is shown in the top right of the Partner Platform.
Notifications - click the 🔔 bell icon to view your notifications → Partner Platform: Notifications
Account Manager Contact - your account manager's name appears in the bottom left of the menu. Click it to open a pre-filled email to them.
Documentation - a link to this documentation collection is available from the menu, so you can find answers to common questions without leaving the platform.
