Swaarm Dashboard

An overview of the Swaarm Dashboard - the top row metrics, performance chart, and 6 widgets for Profit, Revenue, Costs, Conversions, Clicks, and Impressions.

The Dashboard is the first page you see when you log into Swaarm. It gives you a high-level view of your company's performance — key metrics, trend charts, and goal tracking - all in one place.

ℹ️ You can return to the Dashboard at any time by clicking your brand logo in the top left corner.


Top navigation bar

The bar at the top of every page contains:

Element

What it does

Search

Search for any Advertiser, Offer, or Publisher by name/id

Platform timezone

Shows the current time in selected platform timezone

Notifications bell

View platform notifications and alerts

User menu

Click your email to access Account Settings or Logout

Account Settings has two tabs:

  • Notifications - set email frequency for Alert and Network Failure notifications

  • Privacy - manage cookie settings (Functionality and Performance cookies)


The 6 widgets

The top of the dashboard shows 6 widgets: Profit, Revenue, Costs, Paid Conversions, Clicks, and Impressions.

Each widget shows three time periods:

Period

What it shows

Today

Real-time data from midnight to now

Yesterday

Full previous day

MTD

Month-to-date - from the 1st of the current month to now

The percentage delta next to each value shows the change compared to the equivalent previous period:

  • Today % = today so far vs the same time yesterday

  • Yesterday % = yesterday vs the day before yesterday

  • MTD % = this month so far vs the same period last month

A green arrow means an increase, a grey arrow means a slight decrease, a red arrow means a major decrease.

ℹ️ Clicking any row in a widget opens a Custom Report pre-filtered to that metric and time period.


Performance chart

The performance chart shows trend data for the selected metric over time.

  • Metric - select which metric to display by clicking any of the labels in the chart legend: Profit, Costs, Revenue, Paid Conversions, Clicks, or Impressions

  • Granularity - switch between Hourly, Daily, Weekly, or Monthly in the top right

  • Show Deltas - toggle on to overlay delta values on the chart

    For example: Last day’s data (if daily was selected). This gives you a comparison of how you are performing this day vs yesterday, etc.

  • WKND - weekend periods are highlighted in blue so you can easily spot weekly patterns


Advertiser Diversification

The donut chart shows how your profit is distributed across advertisers - useful for spotting concentration risk if too much revenue depends on a single advertiser.

  • Switch between Today and Yesterday using the selector in the top right

  • Hover over a segment to see the advertiser name and profit value


Top Offers / Advertisers / Publishers table

The table at the bottom shows your top performers ranked by profit with day-over-day comparison.

Switch between Offers, Advertisers, and Publishers using the tabs. Toggle between Today and Yesterday in the top right.

ℹ️ The Dashboard is not customisable. If you need a custom view of your data, you can build your own dashboard in Reports → Superset.
