Swaarm Dashboard

Welcome to Swaarm’s dashboard, the first page you see when you log into Swaarm. The dashboard provides important metrics, data, and charts for your overall company performance. We will guide you through each area of the dashboard below, clarifying each section and how you can use the data to analyze your performance at a high level overview of your company.

The Top Row Metrics & How to Use the Widgets

The dashboard provides a complete overview of your company performance with various widgets and charts.

Top Row Metrics

Starting with the Top Row Metrics, these widgets will provide a quick overview of: Profit, Revenue, Costs, Conversions, Clicks, and Impressions.

  • GP / Today: Gross profit of today in real-time. This is compared to yesterday at the same time and you can see the delta in numbers and percentage displayed beneath. For example: the delta was yesterday May 2nd 00:00 to 08:00 vs today May 3rd 00:00 to 08:00.

  • GP / Yesterday: Gross profit of yesterday. This is compared to the day before yesterday in the delta and percentage is displayed beneath. For example: two days ago May 1st vs yesterday May 2nd.

  • GP Goal Delta/ Yesterday: This number is the actual difference between gross profit yesterday and your profit goal. For example: If your profit goal is $1000 and you made $1500 profit yesterday, it should display $500.

  • GP Goal Delta / EOM: This number estimates the end of the month difference from your GP goal based on your run rate. For example: if you had a Goal of $1000/day then the month goal would be $30,000. If you made $1,500/day, it would estimate $45,000 and show a delta of $15,000.

Performance Chart

You will see many charts like these on different pages throughout Swaarm. You can choose the range of time you want by clicking Hourly, Daily, Weekly or Monthly at the top right. You will also be able to choose what metrics are displayed by clicking on Profit, Costs, Revenue, Paid Conversions, Clicks or Impressions beneath the chart. To find out the exact number, you can hover over the lines on the chart.

There are three types of lines:

  • Yellow: Company profit goal. Set the profit goal under Organization > Settings

  • Solid Line: This week’s data (if weekly was selected).

  • Dotted line: Last week’s data (if weekly was selected). This gives you a comparison of how you are performing this week vs last week, or today vs yesterday, etc.

Advertiser Diversification

This displays the percentage of the respective advertiser’s contribution to gross profit for the previous day. You may hover over the chart to see the name of the advertiser and the percentage of their contribution.

Profit Breakdown

In this widget, you can check your most profitable offers, advertisers, publishers, and countries in real-time. The gross profit is displayed in four different tabs: Offers, Advertisers, and Publishers. It displays the name and profit for today and yesterday if “Today” is selected from the top right corner. Similarly, gross profit for yesterday and the day before yesterday appears if “Yesterday” is selected.

Delta ABS (Delta Absolute) displays the difference in gross profit between the current day (until the current time) and the previous day (until the same time as that of the current day). The same number is displayed in percentage under Delta PCT. The number and percentage in Delta ABS and Delta PCT display red arrows when negative, and green arrows when positive.

The name of the account owner is displayed in the rightmost column. Hovering over the naming circle should show the full name of the user.
