Saving Custom Reports
You can now save custom reports that you frequently use.
Go to Reports then click on Custom Reports
Fill in the report you would like to save.
Click Search.
The option to Save Report should now be available next to search.
Create a name for the saved report.
Set your report as Public to be visible for all users in your organization or leave unchecked to keep private so that only you can view the saved report
Public reports are highlighted in blue dashes.
You can access your saved reports at the top of the Custom Reports page
Delete saved reports by clicking the Trash Can
💡 Custom Report Time Range
If you want the dates updated each time you use the saved custom report, then select a relative time range when creating the saved report. This will override the start and end dates with the selected relative time range.
How to Schedule Sending a Report via Email?
After creating your custom saved report, you can select Save Report and turn on the option Send Report as Email.
❗Important
If you are sending a report to an external source, then double-check that the information you are sending does not contain anything sensitive or unrelated data for the external source you would not want them to see.
Select Save Report
Turn on Send Report as an Email
Input the email address that this report will be sent to
Add a Subject
Adding the macro
{date}
will include the date dynamicallyExample:
Performance Report {date}
= "Performance Report 25/10/2023"
Add a Message
Choose to send the report Once or Recurring
Schedule when the report is sent
Click save and the report will be sent at the scheduled time
💡 Scheduling Note
While scheduling when the report is to be sent, we suggest you keep a gap of at least 5 minutes from the current Date Timestamp to avoid discrepancies.
