The Bulk Payout Editor lets you update payouts across multiple offers at once by downloading a CSV, editing the values, and uploading it back. This is useful when you need to adjust rates for a large number of offers or publishers without editing each one individually.
Step 1 - Download the payouts CSV
Go to Tools → Bulk Payout Editor
Optionally filter by Offers, Publishers, or Advertisers to narrow down what's included in the export
Click Download CSV
The CSV contains the current payout configuration for the matching offers and publishers (columns: Advertiser Id; Offer Id; Publisher Id; Event Type Id; We Get; They Get):
ℹ️ Deleted publishers are excluded from the downloaded CSV automatically.
Step 2 - Edit the CSV
Open the CSV and make your changes. You can update:
WeGet - revenue from the advertiser per conversion
TheyGet - payout to the publisher per conversion
Margin - publisher margin percentage
⚠️ Do not change the IDs (Offer ID, Publisher ID, Advertiser ID, Event ID) - the upload uses these to match rows to the correct records. Only edit the payout values.
Step 3 - Upload the edited CSV
Go back to Tools → Bulk Payout Editor
In the Upload Edited CSV section, upload your file or enter a URL
Click Import
Swaarm will validate the CSV before processing. If there are errors - for example if an Event ID doesn't match the offer, or IDs don't exist in the system - the import will not proceed and you'll see an error message describing what needs to be fixed.
Example
Update a payout for all publishers on an offer
You want to increase the WeGet and TheyGet for Event1 (id 9808) on Offer 29363 across all publishers.
Filter by Offer 29363 and download the CSV
In the CSV, find all rows where and
Event ID= 9808
Update the WeGet and TheyGet values on each of those rows
Leave all other rows unchanged
Upload the edited CSV
All publishers approved on Offer 29363 for Event 9808 will have their payout updated in one go.
