How to navigate the Offers Overview page.

Offers/ Campaigns Overview

Use the Offers Overview page to get insight into the performance of every offer you are running. Filter and view offer metrics like Clicks, Impressions, New Users, ROAS, and more enriched with visual trends and time granularity. All the data is updated in real-time. Clicking on any of the offers to visit their respective detail pages.

Search & Filter

Let's quickly go through how you can set up filters and find the offers you want an overview of through these functions.

Range

Select the time range you want to view your performance data.

Granularity

Select if you want to view the performance data on a daily or monthly basis.

Metrics

Choose the metrics that are most important to you to be shown in the table below.

  • Clicks

  • Impressions

  • New Users

  • Active Users

  • ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)

  • Revenue

  • Costs

  • ARPU (Average Revenue Per User)

  • Events

Search

Find the offer you are looking for by name or ID using the search bar.

Status

Filter offers by their status: Active, Pending, Paused, or Archived.

💡 Archived Status

When an offer has had no changes nor received postbacks or clicks in 90 days, the offer status is set to archived. Don't worry all the data in the offer still remains.

Data for these offers such as budgets and landing pages are removed when archived, however they are all restored if you decide to revive the offer. Archival will increase the performance of the platform without losing any of your data.

Platforms

Filter offers by the platform the app is on: iOS, Android, or Web.

Tags

Filter offers through the tags you have applied, for example, you want to see all "Seasonal" offers.

Download CSV

If you want to see your offers overview data outside of Swaarm, you can download the data as a CSV. When you click Download CSV you will have the option to select additional fields not shown here, such as Creatives URL, Account Manager Email, Tags, and more.

Select Columns

On any table like this throughout Swaarm, you will have the ability to select the columns you want to see. Click Select Columns and check on and off your preferred columns. After your selection, it will remain that way the next time you revisit the page.

💡Note

  • Live Partner: Number of partners that delivered at least 10 clicks in the last 24 hours to the offer

  • App. Partner: (Approved partners) Number of approved and active partners on the offer

Update & Push Offers

You can select multiple offers at once on the overview page to either bulk update offer statuses or push the offers directly from this page. Simply check off the tick box next to the offer ID/name adjust a field and click Update Offers.

If you click Push Offer, then it will take you to the push tool with those offers automatically selected, from where you can push those offers to multiple publishers in one go. Learn more about Push Tool here.


Tags Tab

Tags are a great way to organize your offers and target them later on with some advanced features like alerts, workflows or even filtering tags in reports.

On Tags, you can do the following things

  1. Add a new tag and tag multiple offers under it by clicking the +Add Tag button or by adding a tag when creating/editing an offer

  2. Add offers under the existing tag

  3. Manage all the tags and offers tagged under them


Coupons Tab

A coupon is a special, easy-to-implement line in the tracking URL (e.g. SALES20 for 20% discount) that can be used to get a discount at a store. The other feature of a coupon is the possibility of tracking the source of the user.
