How your publisher can request approval to run new offers.

When an offer is being set up on the Swaarm platform, the Swaarm Account Manager has the option to check off "Requires Approval" on the offer general edit tab. This feature ensures that publishers can view the offer but not just any traffic can be sent to the offer.

For such offers, the publisher must request approval and be approved to start sending traffic. Once requested the offer access status is set to pending until the account manager approves or blocks the request.

Requesting Approval Step by Step

  1. On the Partner Platform, go to Offers in the menu

  2. Click the New Offers tab

  3. Here the publisher can search and filter any offer to Request Approval to send traffic to

    1. They can also do this on the dashboard but only a few are shown compared to all new offers being shown here

  4. Once they click request approval, the Access Status will switch to Pending

This is the part that is up to the decision of the Swaarm Account Manager to either Approve or Block the request.

Approving the Publisher's Offer Access

You can find more details here about Offer Accesses but we will still give a simple step-by-step on how to approve a publisher's request to send traffic to a new offer.

  1. On the Swaarm platform, go to Publisher Overview

  2. Go to the Offer Accesses tab, here you will receive all the offers that the publisher has requested for approval

  3. Click on the Blue icon left to the offer to approve the offer to the publisher

  4. Once the offer is approved by the publisher, it'll be removed from here and you can see the offer under Running Offers on the partner UI
