How to push your app campaigns to multiple partners and configure budgets, payouts and more.

Updated over 10 months ago

Push Tool

The Push Tool allows you to approve as many offers as to as many partners with 4 simple steps. You can select offers and partners, set budgets, configure special payouts, add a message, and send an email to notify your partners about the available offers all in one tool.

The Push Tool has 4 steps:

Step 1: Select offers

  1. Go to Tools > Push Tool

  2. Select the Offers that you want to push

    1. You can apply multiple filters to narrow your selection

    2. Click on Show Selected to provide you with an overview of the offers that you want to proceed with

  3. Click Next

💡 Non-Selectable Offers

If an offer does not have a payout for any event or if the offer status is archived, the checkmark will be disabled and the offer can't be selected.

Step 2: Select Partners

  1. Select the Partners that you want to approve of the offers you selected

    1. You can pick them manually or you can select all your partners with one click

    2. Alternatively, you can filter by Account Managers to view only the partners you manage

    3. Only active partners are displayed here

  2. Click Next

Step 3: Configure Budgets & Payouts

This is the step where Special Payouts and Budgets are set per offer-partner combination.

  • On the left-hand side, you will find the offers that you have selected

  • On the right-hand side, the partners per offer are displayed

There are two options to configure offer-partner combinations:

First Option: Set Global Values

The first option is to set the values globally to apply to every offer-partner. Let's check how this is done:

  1. Select the Event you want to set the budget for

  2. Set Budgets

    1. Set a Conversion Budget

    2. Set a Click Budget

    3. Set a Impression Budget

    4. Set a Cost budget

  3. Set Margins

    1. You can insert the margin that needs to be set and hit the refresh button next to it, which will set every “TheyGet” as per the margin

💡 Budget Tips

  1. We show the offer budgets and payouts in the placeholder if no offer-partner budget is configured so that you can refer to the offer budgets and payouts before assigning the offer-partner budget or payouts.

  2. When setting a budget, the budget will be applied for all the partners on each offer. You can adjust each individual budget as shown in the next option.

Second Option: Individual Partner Budgets & Payouts

On the left menu, you will find the offers, you selected previously. You can click on each offer and update the budgets and payouts for each partner individually. This allows for you to set customized payouts, budgets, and messages to the partners per offer.

Push Tool Warnings

Additionally, the push tool will show you some hints that help you to troubleshoot the following cases:

Warning: Special Payout

You will see the (S) icon when the Offer - Partner combinations have a Special TheyGet:

Warning: Offer Has Blocked Partners

If the offer has a partner in the list that was blocked previously, it will display a warning sign signaling you that you may not want to block this partner.

Warning: Targeted Payouts

If the offer has a targeted payout, a warning will display with a link to the offer's targeted payout. See more about targeted payouts here.

💡 Note

Partners will receive the targeted payout with the targeting conditions in the push email.

Step 4: Review

In this step, you can review the offers that you are going to push to your partners.

  1. Check the box off if you already have sent an email to the partner about these offers

    1. You can see the email sent under Notifications > Email

  2. Click the Push Offers button when you are ready to send

Keep in mind that if the check box for Send Notifications to Partners is selected, an email will be triggered to the contacts of the selected partner as long as their notification setting is enabled.
