You can blacklist sub subIds on offer level by using the advanced targeting feature.
In order to do that:
Go to the offer details page
Click on Targeting tab
Select Publisher > App with operation "is not empty" (as per image below)
Tip
Keep in mind that this will apply to every publisher that is approved on the offer, meaning that if any approved publisher is sending clicks with the parameter {publisher.app} empty, then the clicks will be discarded.
Make sure that {publisher.app} is present on the tracking link, otherwise the clicks are discarded.
