Automatic Offer Approval

How to set up an auto approval configuration for your integrated Network.

Updated over a week ago

Create Auto Approval Config

Once you have integrated a Network, then you can approve offers from networks automatically based on the rules that you require.

How to Access Auto Approval

To create a new Auto Approval Configuration, click the switch icon next to your network. Then click + Create in the top right corner.

Auto Approval Filters

When the rule is executed, it will only approve offers that fit the filters selected here:

  • Allowed Platforms: Offers for the selected platforms will be approved. If no filters are added, offers for all platforms will be approved

  • Allowed Countries: Offers with country targeting that matches at least one of the selected countries will be approved

  • Max. Jumps Allowed: Only offers that have a total number of jumps (tracked by Phantom) less than or equal to the maximum number of jumps entered here will be approved

  • Max. Offer Count: This number indicates the total number of active offers for a respective app that can be present in the Swaarm platform at any given time. For eg: if there are 2 offers for the Facebook app already live in the platform and the number of max. The offer count is set to 3, only one offer for the Facebook app will be approved. This number checks for the active offers across the platform. All offers for an app will be approved if this field is left empty

  • Min. WeGet: Set the threshold for what the minimum WeGet (revenue) payout needs to be in order to auto-approve the offer. For example, if you set the minimum WeGet to $1, then any offer with less than $1 will not be automatically approved.

  • Match Allowed Countries: If this checkbox is checked, then the approved offer will only be set for the country selected in the allowed countries dropdown even though the offer may have more allowed countries in the advertiser platform. For eg: if the list of allowed countries has only Germany and there is an offer in the API feed that has Germany and France as allowed countries, the offer will only be created with the targeting as Germany in the Swaarm platform

  • Skip Direct Apps: If there are offers from a direct advertiser in your Swaarm platform, then the offers for the respective app will be skipped from the network. When you create an advertiser in Swaarm you can choose the account type of advertiser, and if they are set as Direct then any offers from that advertiser are under this category.

  • Requires store reach: If checked, only offers with jumps that reach the app store will be approved.

  • Requires Tracker: if checked, only offers with jumps that reach a tracker will be approved.

Imported Offer Details

When the auto-approval rule is executed, all the offers that will be created in the Swaarm Platform will have the following setup:

  1. Status: The status of these offers is always active

  2. Private: For now, the offer is always created as private

  3. Budgets: If the budgets are syncing via API, they will be set based on what the Advertiser has. If not, then you can either set up a default budget in the Network Configuration or manually on the offer once approved.

  4. Margin: The default margin is taken from the Network Configuration and can be changed in the network configuration or manually on the offer once it is live.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Can I approve offers manually and at the same time have an automatic rule?

A: Yes. You can approve the offers that don't match the auto-approval filters from the Integration>Offers Approval page.

Q: Can I have multiple rules running at the same time?

A: Yes, you can set as many rules as you like. You can have different filters and settings for different rules. For eg: you can set a rule to approve German offers to be set with a daily conversion cap of 50 and another rule for French offers to have a daily conversion cap of 100.

Q: How often are the rules running?

A: The auto-approval rules run continuously. As soon as a new offer is available in the network API, the rule will evaluate it, and based on the filters it will either be set in the platform or disregarded.
