Rewarded Users Section

An overview of the Rewarded Users section in Swaarm - track user performance, manage payments, handle support tickets.

The Rewarded Users section is where you manage users who interact with your rewarded campaigns via the Swaarm Rewarded API. It gives you visibility into each user's activity and lets you handle payments and support communication in one place.

Go to Rewarded Users from the main menu.


Performance tab

The Performance tab shows a consolidated view of all rewarded users and their activity across the selected date range.

Choose which metrics to display - Profit, Costs, Points, Revenue, Clicks, Impressions, Conversions, Conversion Rate

Search

Search by user ID or name

Filter by Active, Pending, Inactive

Countries

Filter by user country

Completed Offers

Filter by offers the user has completed

Rewarded Offers

Filter by rewarded offers assigned to the user

Account Managers

Filter by account manager

ID

Rewarded user ID

Name

User name - click to open the user detail page

Status

Active, Pending, Inactive

Engaged Offers

Number of offers the user is currently engaged with

Completeness

Progress bar showing offer completion rate

Country

User's country

Performance metrics

Selected metrics (Profit, Costs, Points, Revenue, Clicks, Impressions, Conversions, Conversion Rate) per day/month across the date range

Payments tab

The Payments tab shows all payment records for rewarded users — including payment requests initiated by users via the app.

Shows payments created after specific date

Created Before

Shows payments created before specific date

Rewarded Users

Filter by specific rewarded user id/name

Payment Methods

Shows selected payment method (Bank, Paypal, Tipalti, etc)

Status

Filter by payment status: Paid, Approved, Submitted, Requested, Open, Denied

Actions

  • + Create Payment - create a payment record manually for a user

  • Update Status - bulk update payment statuses

  • Download CSV - export the current payment list

ℹ️ Unlike publisher payments, rewarded user payments are often initiated by the user themselves via the app. Your team reviews and approves them here.


Support Tickets tab

The Support Tickets tab shows tickets submitted by rewarded users via the app.

Status

Filter by ticket status: Open, Closed

Assigned To

Select AM (on default your user id will be selected)

Rewarded User

Filter by specific rewarded user id/name

Each ticket shows the title, rewarded user, assigned account manager, and last message timestamp. Click Reply to open the thread and respond.
