Click a user's Name in the Rewarded Users Performance tab to open their individual detail page - full profile info, real-time summary metrics, and five tabs covering their offers, devices, activity, completion progress, and fraud signals.
Header
At the top of the page you'll find:
Username / User ID - the rewarded user's unique identifier
Status - Active, Pending, or Inactive
Country, Email, and Name
Edit - update the user's details
Summary Metrics
Six cards give an at-a-glance view of the user's performance, each broken down into Today, Yesterday, and MTD, with % change vs. the prior period:

Performance Chart
Below the summary cards, a chart plots the user's activity over time. Use the toggle to switch granularity between Hourly, Daily, Weekly, and Monthly, and enable Show Deltas to see period-over-period change instead of absolute values.
Click a metric in the legend (Profit, Costs, Revenue, Clicks, Impressions, Conversions, Conversion Rate, Margin) to toggle it on or off the chart.
Offers Tab
Lists every offer the user is engaged with.

Activity Tab
A full postback-level activity log for this user, functioning like a mini custom report scoped to their account.
How to Generate
Set the Date range (and time range)
Choose which Fields ⚡ to include in the table - e.g. Postback Time, Click Time, Offer ID, Offer Name, Offer Event ID, Offer Event Name, Offer WeGet, Offer TheyGet, and more
Add Filters (e.g. Offer ID) if you want to narrow the results
Click Generate Report
Click Download CSV to export the results.
Progress Tracking Tab
Tracks the user's step-by-step completion of offer events. With no offer selected, the tab shows a flat table of every event the user has reached across offers, with columns for Offer ID, Offer Name, Event, Category, Status (e.g. Passed), Reason (e.g. BANNED_USER, if the event was flagged), Reached At, Payout, and Points.
Select a specific Offer to switch to the Event Progress funnel view: a step-by-step timeline of that offer's events, each showing its description, the timestamp it was reached, the time elapsed since the previous step, and the payout earned at that step. The offer's overall status (e.g. Completed) is shown at the top.
💡The flat table is useful for scanning everything a user has done across all offers, while the funnel view is best when you need to trace one offer's event sequence in detail, for example, to confirm whether a user genuinely progressed through each step or jumped/skipped stages.
Fraud Tab
Shows this user's individual fraud assessment.
Fraud Score - a 0–100 gauge with a risk tier label (Low, Medium, High)
Recompute now - manually refresh the score
Last updated - when the score was last computed
Alongside the score, a Signals table lists every fraud signal detected for this user, with Occurrences, First seen, and Last seen. Click View report next to a signal for full detail.
💡The signals shown here (e.g. Shared IP, Conversion velocity burst) come from the same detectors covered in Rewarded: Fraud Detection Reports, scoped to this one user.
