A Step-By-Step Integration Guide
To integrate your SAN accounts with Swaarm, follow these detailed steps:
Initiate Integration:
Navigate to Marketplace > Partners within the Swaarm platform.
Select Meta and click on Connect. This action redirects you to Meta's login page.
Authenticate and Authorize:
Log in using your Meta business account credentials.
Choose the specific Meta Ads account you wish to link and grant the necessary permissions before clicking Done. You will then be redirected back to Swaarm. Below you can see the screenshots of the steps to be followed.
Configure Publisher Settings:
Swaarm automatically generates a Publisher linked to your connected Meta account.
Edit this Publisher to select specific Meta campaigns to sync or enable Sync all for automatic synchronization of current and future campaigns.
Campaign Data Synchronization
Frequency: Swaarm updates campaign data hourly, with a cut-off at the end of the previous day to maintain data accuracy.
Conversion Tracking: Initial conversions reported by the Swaarm SDK are marked organic. These are updated to reflect the correct source following data synchronization from Meta.
Data Integration Process:
An Offer in Swaarm is automatically created for each Meta campaign, if not already present.
Synchronization covers data up to the day before the current date, fetching hourly updates on clicks, impressions, conversions, and costs.
Unless an integration with the Swaarm Javascript SDK exists, the clicks, impressions and conversions are persisted in Swaarm, and assigned to the Offer corresponding to the campaign. If an integration with the Swaarm Javascript SDK exists, then this data is already available in Swaarm via the SDK.
The costs are uniformly distributed to the conversions.
