Add Impact Radius Network

This article describes how to integrate a network using Impact Radius tracking solution

Updated over a week ago

To add any network using Impact Radius, please follow these steps:

Click on Integration>Networks from the left menu bar and then +Create in the top right corner.

This guide will lead you to the following step-by-step configuration:

Step 1: Configure API

  1. Select Impact Adapter

  2. Insert the API key provided by Advertiser

  3. Insert the Publisher ID or Name assigned by the Advertiser

Step 2 Configure Tracking Link

By default, Swaarm suggests the most common Advertiser Click Parameter on the left to be matched to the Swaarm Click Macros on the right. You can add more parameters and macros based on the requirements, or come back anytime for any modification you need.

Step 3 Configure Fields

Select what fields you want constantly to be updated or not from the Advertiser API.

To explore more of this step, go to this article here.

Step 4 Preview

Have a snapshot of the offers that will be synced from the advertiser once the integration is activated. You need to click on Syncing and Save Network to start syncing between Swaarm and the Network. Syncing might not be enabled if any configuration is not correctly inserted on the first step.

Once the network is saved, It might take a couple of minutes to start syncing the live offers on the Offer Imported page.

Important Note: Once there is an offer with percentage-payout on network API, the event_type will be changed to "monetary" and the offer will be set as revenue share offer in Swaarm Platform. For this type of offer, we will not sync the payout percentage from the API and the percentage should be placed manually after approving the offer.

For each event you would like to track from Impact radius, needs to be created on Swaarm and the event postback should be updated on the Impact Radius platform.

Recommended Postback

The postback below is recommended to be integrated on the network:

https://track.yournetwork.swaarm-clients.com/postback?click_id={subId1}&sale_amount={payout}

Note: Please adjust your postback URL domain name based on your Swaarm platform and click ID macro based on the parameter where you are passing click ID through the advertiser tracking link. For example, if you are passing your Swaarm click ID in "&sub5" parameter then you need to place "click_id={sub5}" in your postback.

Tip

Make sure the click_id, event_id, and sale_amount is integrated on the network side so that events are tracking successfully on your Swaarm Platform
