Overview
Swaarm Rewarded can notify your team automatically when specific events occur - so you can react quickly without having to monitor the platform constantly. Notifications are sent both in-app and by email (if email notifications are enabled for the user).
Navigation path: Organization → Settings → Rewarded Settings → Notifications
Available Notifications
Notification | When it fires | Who to notify |
Withdrawal Requests | A rewarded user requests a withdrawal | Select users to notify |
Support Tickets | A rewarded user opens a support ticket | Select users to notify |
Suspicious Users | A rewarded user is flagged as High fraud risk by the Fraud Score | Select users to notify |
Payout Changes | An offer's payout changes | Select users to notify (in addition to the offer's account managers, who are always notified) |
How to Configure
Go to Organization → Settings → Rewarded Settings → Notifications
For each notification type, select the users you want to notify
Click Save
