SDK Debug Report

The SDK Debug Report tracks all events sent by the SDK. This report serves as a valuable resource for testing event tracking when SDK is integrated and initialized in your app. You can utilize the logs to verify the configuration and integration, as well as to pinpoint errors and facilitate a debugging process.

How to use the SDK Debug Report

  1. Go to Reports > SDK Debug Report

  2. Select your Store App (or multiple apps)

  3. Select the Event type you want to check

  4. Filter using a Vendor ID if needed

  5. The report will load by itself after your selection

After the report loads, you can view the logs of your testing tokens and events, whether they were successful or encountered errors. If you discover an error, you can initiate the debugging process to resolve any issues with your development team.

Common Issues

Some errors you could come across (but not limited to) are:

  • A misspelled event under the Type column.

  • The Revenue has an incorrect or missing value.

  • The Aggregated Value is incorrect.

  • User Agent is missing or incorrect.

  • If you tested an event and nothing shows in the report this is also an error.
