Event Timings shows how long users take to complete events after install. It helps you understand natural user pacing, identify anomalies, and set realistic Min/Max Time thresholds on events.
Go to Offer detail page → Event Timings tab.
Common filters across all views:
Filter | What it does |
Date | Date range for the data |
User Identifier | How users are identified (Pub Click ID/Rewarded User ID) |
Publisher | Filter by publisher |
User ID | Filter to a specific user ID |
Progression
Shows the time between consecutive events in the configured event flow — how long users typically take to go from one event to the next.
Use this to understand natural pacing and identify if certain steps are taking unexpectedly long or short.
Columns:
Column | What it shows |
Order | Event order in the configured flow |
Event | The event name |
Previous Event | The preceding event in the flow |
Median | Median time from previous event to this event |
Avg | Average time from previous event to this event |
P75 | 75th percentile - 75% of users complete this step within this time |
P99 | 99th percentile - covers nearly all users |
Users Reached | Number of users who completed this event |
Total Installs | Total installs in the date range |
Reach Rate | Percentage of installs that reached this event |
Since Install
Shows the time from install to each event — regardless of the preceding event. Useful for understanding the overall journey length and for setting Min/Max Time Since Install thresholds.
Columns:
Column | What it shows |
Event | The event name |
Median | Median time from install to this event |
Avg | Average time from install to this event |
P75 | 75th percentile - 75% of users complete this step within this time |
P99 | 99th percentile - covers nearly all users |
Users Reached | Number of users who completed this event |
Total Installs | Total installs in the date range |
Reach Rate | Percentage of installs that reached this event |
Comparison
Lets you select two specific events and see the time distribution between users who completed both - useful for understanding how long users typically take to go from one milestone to another.
Select Event A and Event B from the dropdowns
The report shows:
Users With Both - number of users who completed both events
Median - median time between the two events
Average - average time between the two events
P75 - 75th percentile - 75% of users went from Event A to Event B within this time
P99 - 99th percentile - 99% of users went from Event A to Event B within this time
Outliers
Lists individual users whose event timing deviates significantly from the median — users who completed events much faster or slower than expected.
Filter
Deviation Multiplier — how many times beyond the median a user's timing must be to appear in this list (default: 3x)
Columns
Column | What it shows |
User | User identifier |
Event | The event with anomalous timing |
Seconds Since Install | How long after install this user completed the event |
Median (Expected) | The expected time based on the median across all users |
Deviation Factor | How many times faster or slower than the median this user was (e.g. 6.63x) |
ℹ️ Users with very high Deviation Factors (e.g. 6x+) completed events far faster than typical users - a potential fraud signal. Use this in combination with the Fraud Detection reports for investigation.
