Comparison

Lets you select two specific events and see the time distribution between users who completed both - useful for understanding how long users typically take to go from one milestone to another.

  1. Select Event A and Event B from the dropdowns

  2. The report shows:

    • Users With Both - number of users who completed both events

    • Median - median time between the two events

    • Average - average time between the two events

    • P75 - 75th percentile - 75% of users went from Event A to Event B within this time

    • P99 - 99th percentile - 99% of users went from Event A to Event B within this time

Outliers

Lists individual users whose event timing deviates significantly from the median — users who completed events much faster or slower than expected.

Filter

  • Deviation Multiplier — how many times beyond the median a user's timing must be to appear in this list (default: 3x)

Event

The event with anomalous timing

Seconds Since Install

How long after install this user completed the event

Median (Expected)

The expected time based on the median across all users

Deviation Factor

How many times faster or slower than the median this user was (e.g. 6.63x)

ℹ️ Users with very high Deviation Factors (e.g. 6x+) completed events far faster than typical users - a potential fraud signal. Use this in combination with the Fraud Detection reports for investigation.
